I have had a little break of the blogger world , in fact a break from the net :) But today I was back in the studio full of inspiration ...

and another portrait...

This is now the last one of the drawings of the portrait series. Part of an exhibition, where artists have put their names 'in a hat' and the coincidence chooses who you have to paint !  I liked the idea .... Because normally you would paint just people that you know! So, may I introduce you to : Fernando !

That one was so difficult to take a photo from. I always thought white would be hard to photograph , but black is even harder ! I think I need to do a photo class :)

The problem after a 3 weeks break, is to restart work ! I want to paint but I am just really lost about the idea flow... I did some drawings about Red Riding Hood, but somehow it is just not happening. Maybe I need a break from her :)

So today again, just sketches and one card !
